Didn't particularly have any pieces on the go this weekend, so when I stumbled on this vexel contest, I just thought, why not?

Soooo...this is my first vexel. My eyes hurt >.<

Since its for a contest, if you spot anything off, please let me know so I can fix it :)

May throw over a gradient map on another version and submit as a print ^^

I think maybe the strip of stark white on the right side of the hat is too harsh - a really light pink would fit the soft, warm theme of the picture better.
Other than that, it's absolutely lovely. Her hand is so well-rendered, and the colors are wonderfully smooth. Seriously, brava for your first vexel, and I hope you keep at it. :) :heart:
